The 2006 Picnic in Salem

The third Sunday in September turned out to be an inspired choice. The weather was perfect. Not too hot, and not too cool. The hounds LOVED it.

We learned that we take the group photograph BEFORE lunch, before people have a chance to slip away. Altogether we must have had over 200 people at this event. all explaining how their grey was the nicest one there.

Special thanks go to Laura Altig & girls for all her amazing work to set up the games, quizzes, and for furnishing all the prizes.

Next year's Annual Picnic will fall on September 16th. Same place... Same time. Be sure that your hound marks this on their calendar.
