Homes for Hounds 12th Annual Picnic
June
23rd, Cascade Gateway Park Beaver Crossing Shelter (in Salem), Noon to 4:00. If your last name
starts with A-L, please bring a dessert dish. M-Z a covered side dish
or salad. Drinks, burgers & dogs provided! Please be sure to bring
a "Silent Auction" donation.
There will be NO mailing of invitations this year. Invitations
will come by email, and responses should be by email. If you are not
on our E-Vite list, please send you name (and the name of your hound)
to silver@newportnet.com.

We
need more vendors to fill out the picnic shopping area. If you know

Contrary to what you may have heard, greyhounds are not hyper dogs, nor do they need the amount of exercise you may think. Remember, they are retired. Most of them want nothing more than to curl up on your couch and relax for the rest of their days.
